Important: To help us validate and authorise new registrations as quickly as possible, please use your work email address. Using a non-work address will likely result in delays and may also breach your organisation's IT policy.

New accounts are usually authorised within one working day, provided your organisation has not reached its user limit. Please read the guidance on this page before commencing.

Try these password ideas to make your account as secure as possible.

Note: Once your account is authorised, you can further secure it with the use of One-Time Passwords (OTP). If enabled, you will be asked for a randomly generated six character code when you login. This code is automatically sent to your registered mobile phone number by SMS and is only valid for 10 minutes.

Email Confirmation

Upon creation of your account, you will be sent an email confirming that authorisation is pending. Once your account has been verified, you will receive another email to confirm that your account is ready.
